Founding Director and CEO (part time)

I truly believe in the power of great listening, creating space for people to think and respond, and working with people instead of doing things to them. Words often used to describe me include: calm, compassionate, aware, considered and supportive.

Over the last 20 years I have taken on significant roles and projects across arts, culture, heritage, health, wellbeing.

Within all my working environments, from classrooms to boardrooms and everywhere inbetween, I am known for creating space where everyone’s voice is heard and respected, and the potential of quieter individuals is unleashed.

Through all of my work I have a particular interest in using values-based reflective practice and applied learning, specifically with individuals and organisations looking to make a difference in their communities.

In addition to Crafting Relationships, I also offer personal and business coaching to individuals and organisations making a difference in communities. That could be paramedics, teachers, police, VCS workers, creatives and others. Take a look at Make A Difference Coaching Ltd. for more information.

I do my best thinking in supermarket car parks.
